Permanent deletion

Delete your Kyltherm account

You can start and complete account deletion inside the Kyltherm app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Kyltherm and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation, choose Delete account, and confirm again.

If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@kyltherm.com from the email address associated with the account. We may ask you to verify control of the account.

What deletion removes

Successful account deletion removes your Kyltherm authentication account, profile, synchronized sessions, heart-rate and RR samples, and private cloud photos. The app also clears that account’s primary local session history, local heart-rate database, and account photo folder from the device.

Some limited provider records may remain for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or routine backup expiry. Information you previously shared or exported to another app or person is not recalled.

Before you delete

  • Export any session or heart-rate data you want to keep.
  • Save attached photos separately; photo files are not included in Kyltherm’s CSV or JSON exports.
  • Account deletion cannot be undone.
Your subscription is separate. Deleting your Kyltherm account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store account used for the purchase to avoid future renewal.

Apple or Google sign-in

Deleting Kyltherm does not delete your Apple or Google account. You can separately manage the authorization you granted to Kyltherm in your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
